We provide extra tools to maximize the efficiency of the machine and extend it's life.  Many of customers have over a billion stitches without major repairs. Each member of our staff that will assist you knows how to operate as well as repair the machine. You should ask the dealer if the repair technician can operate the machine at its full compacity.
