The quilt kit includes a picture of model, pattern, and fabric for the top and binding. We have verified there are no substitute fabrics shown in the picture and the kit. Only 100 percent high quality cotton fabric was used. The fabric was purchased exclusively from the top trusted fabric manufacturers in the quilting industry. Backing must be purchased separately.
The pattern is Copyrighted and the fabric is pre-cut cannot be returned. This is in compliance with federal regulations concerning pirating and media. All shipments are insured. If the package is damaged or lost, filed for reimbursement from the carrier.
No returns will be accepted unless the product is in its original and unopened state within seven (7) business days. All returns are subject to a 25% restock fee. The customer is responsible for postage. Due to copyright laws the pattern cannot be returned. We will be more than happy to help you troubleshoot the issues you are having. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed. All shipments are insured. If the package is damaged or lost , filed for reimbursement from the carrier.
